Distribution System Implementation

Growing needs of an important player in the beverage industry required the implementation of a complex distribution system. Synergie Canada took charge of all aspects of the project: distribution, managing and repairing the vending machine fleet throughout Canada, daily deliveries yearly and seasonally (events and festivals), equipment routing for repair and maintenance worldwide and ensure fleet renewal. Also, storage space being limited in certain Canadian locations, we had to put in place a plan of action to find the perfect solution.
