After closing a major contract in the USA, this pharmaceutical company needed assistance from a 4PL logistics partner to lead the project. Synergie Canada was selected to put in place a strategy to fulfill bigger needs and requirements: dozens of weekly deliveries in distribution centers for superstores, specific merchandise delivery requirements (temperature controlled), etc. Basically, we elaborated and coordinated the implementation of a distribution and quality control systems, that now service more than 100 superstore distribution centers throughout the USA, for the past 8 years.
