Department: Over the Road
Active member of the Over the Road department's Operations team, the Traffic Clerk will offer clerical support to both Over the Road and Rail teams. The Traffic Clerk will be in charge of transport documentation as well as all related documents.
- Offer clerical support to the OTR and Rail teams;
- In charge of expedition follow-ups ;
- Close files and create billing for OTR and Rail expeditions;
- Create and maintain client charts;
- Maintain Database.
- Any other related tasks.
- Office DEP, AEC or DEC in transport logistics, or any related training/studies;
- New graduates are welcome;
- Bilingual (French and English)- spoken and written
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Independant, comfortable in making quick decisions in delicate situations;
- Team work oriented;
- Organizational skills.
